  8. Prepare For fruit juice-
  9. Make ready 1 tbsp each mango, strawberry, blueberry and banana pieces
  10. Prepare as required water
Instructions to make Healthy Pancakes - Mix Fruit & Nuts:
  1. Mix in a bowl semolina, maida, sugar, nuts powder, baking soda, raisins and oil. Grind the fruits listed with required water and make juice.
  2. Slowly add fruit juice to semolina mix, we are making batter with fruit juice only. mix well and make pancake batter.
  3. Once batter is ready, on a heated pan, add butter, then pour the batter onto the pan, I am using approximately 2 tbsp for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot.
  4. Pour chocolate syrup and garnish with crushed almonds.
