  1. Make ready 3 cups wheat flour
  2. Get 1 tsp salt
  3. Make ready 1 tsp sugar
  4. Prepare 1 tsp baking soda
  5. Make ready 1 tsp fruit salt
  6. Take 2 cups Buttermilk
  7. Make ready as needed Oil
  8. Get 1 tsp milk for brushing
  9. Take 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
Instructions to make Wheat Bread:
  1. Seive the wheat flour thoroughly. Add in the baking soda and fruit salt. Also add salt and sugar. Can seive this all together once again.
  2. Now add the buttermilk slowly slowly so as to avoid lumps. Knead the soft sticky dough from the mixture
  3. Grease the mould, pre heat the kadai on medium heat.put some salt, place a ring and now place the bread mould.Apply milk on top so as to get a good brown colour.sprinkle sesame seeds. Tap gently once.
  4. Cover with lid and let it get baked for about 35 minutes on medium heat. Check once after 25 minutes. Cool it down completely.
  5. Cut into pieces and enjoy
