  1. Take 1 Large Potato
  2. Prepare 2 tablespoons Olive Oil OR Butter
  3. Prepare 2-3 tablespoons Milk OR Water

  5. Get 1 cup Self Raising Flour *250ml
  6. Get 2 tablespoons Parsley *finely chopped

  1. Preheat oven to 200℃.
  2. Peel the skin of Potato and grate it finely into a heat-proof bowl and keep all the liquid. Add Oil or Butter, and mix well. Heat in the Microwave for 1 minutes. This will get rid of the unpleasant small.
  3. Add Milk and Salt, and stir well to mix. Add Flour and Parsley, then mix well to form a soft dough.
  4. Place the dough on the lightly oiled baking tray, OR lined with baking paper. Drizzle some Olive Oil to help you flatten the dough to the desired thickness. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden.
