Add broth, sausage, chicken, beans, tomatoes, salt and pepper, stirring to remove brown bits from the bottom of the skillet.   5. Add the Pepper and mix in
  6. Mix and cook for another 2 minutes
  7. Inbetween the rice is cooked and ready to mix
  8. Add the rice to the chicken and sausage stir to mix
  9. Fry for 2 minutes and serve. You can have this Hot or Cold with a side salad
  10. Sprikle some black pepper on top.add some fresh parsley to the top. (Optional)
