  1. Make ready 3 Chicken leg with thigh
  2. Take 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  3. Take 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  4. Take 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
  5. Take 2 tbsp Yoghurt
  6. Make ready 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  7. Make ready 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder

  1. Wash the chicken pcs well.
  2. Marinate the chicken with yoghurt, ginger garlic paste,salt and all other powder spices.
  3. Marinate it for atleast 2hr.
  4. Take a steamer or a pot add water place a plate in the water.
  5. Place the chicken on the plate.
  6. Steam it for 10 minute each side.
  7. After steam is done.
  8. Take a pan and fry the chicken from both sides.
  9. Once it is fried serve with chutney.
