  9. Put a tea spoon of butter in a pan until it's melted then add half a tub of cream put it on a low heat or the cream will curdle next add 1 teaspoon of mustard add a handful of cheese and taste
  10. Cook the burgers in a pan
  11. Finally garnish with spinach and parsley
