Grease your steamer or a colander. Place the momos on it and steam for 11-12 minutes. Do not over steam. Piping hot chicken momos are ready.
For the spicy honey vegetables; boil water in a pot and add the carrots. After 30 seconds add the baby corn and broccoli. Cook for 30 seconds more. Do not overcook. Strain and keep aside.
Mix all the ingredients for the sauce and keep aside. Also make a slurry of cornflour and water.
Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic and broken red chillies. Add the bell peppers. Sauté on high heat for a minute.
Add the steamed vegetables. Again sauté on high heat for a minute.
Now add the mixture of sauces and the cornflour slurry. Keep stirring and cooking till the sauce becomes a little thick.
Add some spring onion greens and mix.
To serve place some spicy honey vegetables on a platter. Top up with chicken momos. Garnish with spring onion greens and enjoy.
