  18. Take 1 tsp salt
  19. Prepare 1 tsp red chilli powder
  20. Make ready 1/2 tsp haldi
  21. Take 3-4 glass water
  22. Prepare condiments and garnish
  23. Take 1 pack spicy slims
  24. Prepare 1 pack plain salty chips
  25. Make ready 1/4 cup coriander chopped
  26. Prepare 2 green chillies sliced
  27. Get 1/4 cup fried onions
  28. Prepare 2-3 lemon wedges
  29. Get Chat Masala as required
Instructions to make Chicken Khaosuey:
  1. For curry, mix gram flour, spices, and yoghurt, and let it cook in a pan. Add water and stir to make it smooth. Let it cook for 1 hr on medium flame, stirring in between.
  2. For chicken gravy, marinate chicken with all spices and condiments, for half hour.
  3. Then add oil to pan, add chicken, and let it cook until chicken is tender. Add water if needed. Add cornflour slurry to thicken sauce. Keep aside.
  4. Boil spaghetti as per packet instructions.
  5. Drain, and add 1 tbsp oil to it to prevent clumping.
  6. For assembling khaosuey. Add spaghetti in a deep bowl, ladle in the curry generously, add the fried chicken gravy on top.
  7. Generously add the chips and condiments, sprinkle chat masala on top. Enjoy!
