  1. Take 1 cup black Urad dal
  2. Get to taste Salt

Steps to make Black Urad dal:
  1. Wash the dal 3 times and soak it for 30 minutes. Take pressure cooker heat it add butter in it.
  2. When butter melt add cumin seeds when cumin seeds crackle add turmeric powder, chilli and coriander powder. After 1 minute add dal and salt in it.
  3. Add 4 cups of water give 3 whistles. Open the lid when pressure down. Black Urad dal is ready.
