Prepare 4 big sized potatoes (boiled & mashed)
Make ready 1/2 cup thick flatten rice (poha)

Get 250 gm white peas
Prepare 2 tbsp oil
Take 1 tsp ginger garlic paste

Get 1 tsp kitchen king masala powder
Prepare 1 onion chopped
Get 1 chopped green chilli
Prepare 1 tbsp coriander leaves
Prepare to taste Salt
Make ready as needed Water
Get 3 tbsp refined oil for frying pattice
Get To assemble ragda pattice
Make ready 1 tbsp tamarind chutney
Prepare 1 tbsp mint chutney
Get as needed Yellow sev
Prepare as needed Lemon wedge
Prepare 1 tbsp onion finely chopped
Prepare 1 tsp coriander leaves
Instructions to make Ragda pattice:
Firstly soak white peas in water overnight or for atleast 8 hrs
In a cooker add soaked white peas, salt,water and give 4 to 5 whistles,once peas are boiled switch off the flame
Next in a wok heat 2 tbsp oil,then add chopped onion and saute till translucent next add green chilles,ginger garlic paste and fry for 1 min, now add boiled peas, 1 1/2 cup water, kitchen king masala, garam masala powder,red chilli powder, turmeric give it a nice boil add coriander leaves and switch off the flame.
Next Soak flatten rice in water for 5 mins & drain off the water from it
Now in a mixing bowl add boiled mashed potatoes, turmeric, salt, coriander leaves and poha,mix everything well
Prepare a soft dough and prepare round flatten balls of this
Now in a non stick pan heat 3 tbsp oil and fry pattice.
Fry well from both the sides,once done switch off the flame
Now assemble ragda pattice.In a plate first add ragda next keep pattice to this add tamarind & mint chutney and garnish with some yellow sev, chopped onion and coriander leaves
