  2. Get 200 gram Fenugreek

  1. First of all boil potatoes. Remove skin of it. Smash it in bowl. Add lemon juice, salt,garam masala, chilli powder. Mix it well. Prepare small balls from it.
  2. Now take one bowl add gram flour in it. Add salt and water in it. Prepare batter from it. Add Potato balls in it. Now deep fry in oil. Till change it's colour Golden brown.
  3. Now chope Fenugreek. Add it in bowl. Add gram flour,salt, chilli powder in it. Add Eno fruit salt on it. Add lemon juice in it. Prepare small bhajiya from it. Now add it in oil. Deep fry it till change it's colour.
  4. Serve with green chutney and date chutney.
