  1. Wash the dal properly, put it in the pressure cooker add salt, turmeric powder and water

  3. Now heat up the oil in a pan add hing and ginger garlic paste after few seconds add chopped onions and slit green chillies
  4. When onion become translucent then add chopped tomatoes and red chilli powder
  5. After one whistle switch off the flame, after some time open the cooker add tarka & garnish with coriander.
