Steps to make Poori Masal:
    1. Boil potato and remove the skin keep aside. Mash this and keep aside. - - 2. Heat oil in kadai add mustard, fennel seeds. Once it stars splutter add onion, ginger garlic paste. Saute until raw smells goes off. - - 3. Add turmeric powder, enough salt. Sprinkle some water to this and add mashed potato. - - 4. Sim for few minutes garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with poori.
