  1. Take 1 cup all purpose flour
  2. Prepare 2 tsp semolina
  3. Take 1/4 cup spinach puree
  4. Take Salt as per taste
  5. Prepare 2 tsp oil
  6. Make ready 1/4 cup green moong sprout
  7. Get 1 tsp chat masala
  8. Make ready 1 tsp black salt
  9. Make ready 1 tsp red chilli powder
  10. Get 1 small cucumber finely chopped
  11. Take 1 small tomato finely chopped
  12. Prepare 1 tbsp tamarind chutney
  13. Take 1 tbsp coriander chutney
  14. Make ready 1/4 cup namkeen sev
  15. Make ready Oil for cooking
Instructions to make Spinach  puri chaat:
  1. First in a bowl,take all purpose flour and semolina.now add 2 tsp oil,Spanish puree and salt mix all ingredients well.Then add little water to make a dough. Mix all ingredients well and make hard dough.Cover it with muslim cloth and keep it aside for about 15 minutes.
  2. Now take some portion of dough and make ball with it.Repeat this process with remaining dough. Now take a ball and roll it with roller pin. Then take small round cutter and cut small puris with it.make more puris like this.
  3. Now take a pan,add oil.When oil is getting hot.Fry these puri in it.Until they r fluffy and golden brown in color.puris are ready.
  4. Now for stuffing - take sprout,add chat masala powder,black salt and some red chilli powder. Then 1 tsp tamarind chutney and 1 tsp coriander chutney. Now Add chopped cucumber and tomato. Mix all ingredients well.stuffing is ready.
  5. For serving - take one spinach puri,break it on top and make a hole.Then add 1 tbsp sprout stuffing,top it with tamarind chutney,coriander chutney and namkeen sev. Spianvh puri chaat is ready. Enjoy.
