Get 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
Take 1 teaspoon dhaniya pawder
Prepare 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
Prepare as per taste Salt

Instructions to make Onion Pakoda Gravy:
For making pakoda:———- Mix all ingredients except oil. Mix everything well to coat the onion with flour. Add some water as required.
Heat oil in a pan or frying pan to deep fry the pakoras. Take a small amount of mixture and make small pakoras and add it to the oil.
Fry them till they become golden. keep it aside.
For Gravy:———- Place the oil in a pan on medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add cumin, ginger-garlic paste, green chillies and onions and fry them.
Add turmeric, coriander powder, garam masala, red chilli powder and salt and mix it.
Add tomatoes and fry them continuously till they become soft.
Mix with water and cook covered for five minutes. Garnish with coriander.
