  9. Heat oil in a pan or karahi.
  10. Put the puri in it & deep fry till it becomes brown in colour.Take it out on the tissue paper to absord excess oil.
  11. Do this procedure with rest of the balls.
  12. Serve hot with cooked potatoes or karahi paneer.
