  16. Get 1/3 tsp Cumin seeds

  18. Take 1 pinch turmeric powder

  1. Soak the ingredients of mustard paste for 30 minutes in lukewarm water.
  2. Grind the soaked ingredients of mustard paste by adding required amount of water to a fine paste.

  7. Mix chopped onion and curry leaves and cook till the onion translucent. Add chopped tomatoes, 3 tbsp bamboo shoots and adjust the salt. Cook for 3 min or till bamboo shoots is cooked and tomatoes are softened.
  8. Add water to make the gravy. Put the veggies. Mix well. Cover and cook for 2 mins in low medium flame.
