Steam Kudumulu is one of the most popular of recent trending foods on earth. It’s enjoyed by millions every day. It’s simple, it’s fast, it tastes yummy. Steam Kudumulu is something which I have loved my entire life. They’re nice and they look fantastic.

To begin with this recipe, we have to first prepare a few ingredients. You can have steam kudumulu using 9 ingredients and 7 steps. Here is how you can achieve that.

The ingredients needed to make Steam Kudumulu:
  1. Take 2 Cups rice flour
  2. Prepare as per taste Salt
  3. Prepare 1 Cup spring onions finely chopped
  4. Get 2 Tbs chana dal soak in water 2 hrs
  5. Prepare as required Chilli powder
  6. Prepare As needed water
  7. Get 3 tbs oil
  8. Take 1/2 tbs mustred seeds
  9. Make ready 4 cups water

In Andhra we call them Karam aavari Kudumulu. Kudumulu (కుడుములు /Telangana Special) Steam Cooked (Anupa Kudumulu) with Coriander chutney. Vinayaka Chavithi special Steamed Rice Cakes or Kudumulu is ready for Nayivedyam. Steps to make Steam Kudumulu:
  1. Take a bowl 2 Cups rice flour,Salt as per tasty and 1 Cup spring onions finely chopped
  2. Add Green chilli paste as per tasty,2 Tbsp chana dal soak in water 2 hrs and Chilli powder as per tasty
  3. Mix well add Reqired water make a soft dough wait for 10 min
  4. To make the cylindrically shape take the steam plate apply oil for steaming add water
  5. 20-25 min low flame steaming and 2 tbsp oil
  6. Add 1/2 tbsp mustred seeds 4-5 min low flame fry on

Vinayaka Chavithi special Steamed Rice Cakes or Kudumulu is ready for Nayivedyam.
