  1. (Beetroot dough) Rinse, peel and chopped beetroot add all the ingredient in a grinder grind smooth paste.
  2. Pour in a bowl,add Rawa and flour, oil salt, water mix and knead a soft smooth dough. Rest for 20 minutes.
  3. (Spinach dough) Wash the spinach leaves. Then put the spinach, green chilli in a mixer to form a smooth green paste.
  4. Pour in a bowl add salt flour mix well knead a dough. (If required u can add lil water)
  5. Divide a dough into small balls and flatten it using rolling pin.
  6. Now heat oil in a pan/ kadhai.
  7. Deep fry the poories
  8. Serve hot with aalu subzi or boondi Raita.
