  3. Knead the dough with water a bit stiff than the paratha dough.
  4. Make small portions from the dough.
  5. Roll the puri from the small portions and deep fry them on medium flame in oil.
  6. All the ready puris.
  7. Serve the hot puris with dry garlic chutney or any gravy wala sabji.
