  1. Take a bowl add wheat flour add red chilli powder, salt and 3-4 tbsp oil make Dough of it and keep a side for 15-20 mins
  2. After 20 mins make puri with roller and fry it.
  3. For bhaji take cooker add oil let get hot and add mustard seeds, curry leaves and jeera after getting spluttet add 11/2 spoon of wheat flour.
  4. Now and tomato puri and stir it add regular masalas and boiled potatoes
  5. Let get 2 whistle and bhaji is ready.
  6. Serve it hot and it's yummy
