  1. Prepare 500 gms whole black urad flour
  2. Prepare 5 tbsp oil for moyan

  1. Add udad flour in big bowl. Add oil and rub it with palm.
  2. Add sesame seeds and carom seeds and mix it well.
  3. After mixing this we get this type of texture.
  4. Now add ginger garlic chilli paste and salt.
  5. Make the dough by using water. Rest this dough for 15 minutes.
  6. Take a ball and roll it on plastic sheet and cut small roundel with the help of cookie cutter or small katori.
  7. If you want soft Puri than fry them in oil side by side. Or if you want kadak Puri than let them dry upto half an hour and fry on medium gas. Udad Puri is ready to serve.
