Now in mixer add 1 cup sugar,1cup milk powder, 1 cup malai.grind it.

Put mould in it first 10 min on mid flame and next 35 mins on low flame bake the cake.
In bowl take 200gms dark chocolate.melt it by double boiling method.add fresh cream and butter. Take out of flame. Ganache is ready.
Pour some sugar syrup to keep your cake moist inside.then pour ganache on it and decorate it with sugar decoratives.
