  5. Fry it well now add water 1 cup and now add urad pakoras/ balls you can also fry the pakoda earlier if you want i didn't fried it i like this taste only.add salt, Now cover the lid of kadhai.and boil it for 10 -12 min. Check ik between.if the urad balls get thicken and water remains less then add water and again cover the lid.
