Prepare 3 tbs ghee
Prepare 1 tej patta / bay leaf

Take 1/2 tsp haldi / turmeric powder
Get 1 tsp red chilli powder
Get 1/2 tsp Garam masala

Steps to make Veg biryani:
Sock the rice in water for 30 minutes.take a pan add water and heat the water on high flame. When the water become hot add all spices, bring the water to boil then add rice.cooked the rice drain and keep aside.
Making gravy in a cooker ghee add all the spices saute the masala tii the crackle.now add green chilli, ginger paste,add all the veggies and saute well. After add curd,haldi powder,red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt and mix well.pressure cook for 1 whistle on medium flame.
LAYER AND MAKING VEG BIRYANI Now in thick bottom pan, layer half of veg gravy first then layer half of the rice. Sprinkle half of chopped coriander, mint leaves and saffron milk.Repeat the same.
Now seal and secure the pot with aluminum foil, then cover with a lid.
Take a tawa and heat it on medium flame after tawa hot biryani cook 15-20 minute on low flame. Ready to serve
