Instructions to make Bhendakai kura:
  1. Wash and Cut bhendakai. Heat Kadhai with oil and once heated, add bhandakai. Fry for 5 minutes on high flame.
  2. Add onions, red chilli, jeera, chana dal, mustard seeds, 2 tablespoons of salt. Add 1 teaspoon turmeric a little later.
  3. Put on a lid and cook for 5 minutes on sim.
  4. Open and add 2 spoons of chilli powder.
  5. Add 1/2 teaspoon dhaniya powder. Taste and modify.
  6. Add coriander. Cook for 2 minutes.
  7. It's ready to serve.

Serve the Dondakaya Ulli Kura Karam along with hot Garlic Rasam and Steamed Rice for lunch or dinner. Beans Pakodi Kura ~ French beans Fritters Stir fry.
