  3. Heat oil in a kadhai or pan.add hing,cumin seed,methi seed,whole red chilli and curry leaves. When it's crackle add Turmeric powder,and remaining all dry spices.mix and add 2 glass of water.keep flame on high.
  4. When the water starts boiling take 1 spoon of daal batter and carefully drop it in boiling water.You can also drop this pakori from your hand too.drop pakori from remaining batter.
  5. Boil on low flame till it thickens. Beat curd with spoon or beater and add in.off the flame and serve hot dubki with rice or roti.
