  1. Take 170 gm Parle-G biscuits
  2. Make ready 1 .1/2 cups Dark chocolate
  3. Get 1/2 cup Condensed milk
  4. Make ready 1/3 cup Butter
  5. Get For Ganache
  6. Take 1/2 cup Dark chocolate
  7. Take 100 ml Fresh cream
Steps to make No-Bake Parle-G Chocolate Cake:
  1. Line a 5” springform cake tin/loose-bottomed cake tin with butter paper/baking paper, from inside cover the side of the cake pan with baking paper also.
  2. Break the biscuits. You can break the biscuits one-by-one or place the biscuits in a zip lock bag, and run a rolling pin over the locked bag to break them.
  3. Place the dark chocolate and butter in a microwave-safe bowl and melt them at 60% power for 2-3 minutes. Stop and stir the chocolate mixture after every 30 seconds, do this until melted completely. You can melt the Chocolate + butter by using a double boiler too.
  4. Add condensed milk to this chocolate mixture, whisk well.
  5. Now add the broken biscuits into this and mix very well. Transfer the biscuit mixture into the prepared cake tin and smooth the top with the help of a spatula.
  6. Warm the fresh cream and add dark chocolate to it. Stir well until smooth ganache forms. Pour the ganache on top of the Biscuit Cake. Decorate the top with white chocolate chips or any sprinkles. Cover the top with cling film, keep refrigerated overnight or for 7 hours.
  7. Unmould the Parle-G Chocolate Cake on the next day, cut and serve cold.
