The ingredients needed to make Khoya zarda:
  1. Get 1/2 kg sela rice
  2. Prepare 1/2 kg sugar
  3. Take 250 g khoya
  4. Get 100 g asharfiyan
  5. Take 50 g coconut
  6. Prepare 50 g almond
  7. Make ready 1 tsp orange food colour
  8. Get 3-4 cardamom
  9. Prepare 100 g ghee

Khoya aur Siwayyon ka Zarda is ready. When sugar dissolves, add rice, yellow color and khoya and mix it. Zarda (Hindi: ज़र्दा, Urdu: زردہ‎, Bengali: জর্দা ) is a traditional boiled sweet rice dish, native to the Indian subcontinent, with (orange) food coloring, milk and sugar, and flavoured with cardamoms, raisins, saffron, pistachios or almonds. Mutanjan zarda recipe is sweet rice recipe made with multiple colors, sweets, nuts and khoya. this is the quickest recipe of mutanjan, try you will love this recipe for any occasion or party.

Instructions to make Khoya zarda:
  1. Soak the rice for about 2 hours
  2. Boil them completeltly into coloured water
  3. Strain it and set a side
  4. Now heat ghee add cardamom and add 1 cup water and sugar
  5. When sugar is desolve add rice
  6. Cook it on low flame in this stage sugar releases water so do not disturb just low the flame and cook
  7. Add cocunut and almond and some amount of khoya and cover the pan and give it dum
  8. After 10 minutes zarda is ready decorate it with asharfi and khoya
