The ingredients needed to make Khoya Kofta:
  1. Get 250 gm khoya, grated or crushed,

  17. Take 1 small pc of dalchini,
  18. Get 3-4 laung,
  19. Prepare 3-4 kali mirch,
  20. Take 2 tbsp butter
  21. Prepare 1 tbsp oil,
  22. Make ready 1 tejpatta,
  23. Take 1 tsp garlic paste,
  24. Take 1/2 tsp ginger paste,
  25. Prepare 1/2 tsp haldi powder,
  26. Prepare 1 tsp dhania powder,
  27. Take Pinch kasoori methi,
  28. Prepare 1 tbsp fresh cream,
Steps to make Khoya Kofta:
  1. Take a mixing bowl, add khoya & paneer. Sprinkle very Elaichi powder & lil salt, mash it with your palm to make a smooth mixture, add maida also. Again mix it nicely.
  2. Now take small portions of the mix, make small balls.
  3. Take a wok, add good amount of oil, heat it. Lower the flame now, add 2 balls at a time very gently, fry it till pink.
  4. Check it if they aur soft. Too much of maida will make the balls hard. Fry all the balls, keep aside.
  5. For Gravy—- Take a pan or wok, add all the given ingredients along with whole garam masala, boil it till tomato becomes tender. Cool it now, blend it to a fine purée, keep aside.
  6. Take a wok or pan, add butter & oil, heat it. Moderate the flame.
  7. Add tejpatta, sauté it for a while, add ginger garlic paste, sauté it for a while, add lil water also.
  8. Now add the gravy paste, keep the flame low.
  9. Stir it nicely, add salt, cover it with the lid for a while.
  10. Open the lid, stir it for a while, add haldi & dhania powder, mix well, again cover it with the lid, cook at low flame till oil has oozed out.
  11. Remove the lid now, add kasoori methi crushed, also add fresh cream, mix well. Stir it till oil separates.
  12. Switch off the flame now, cover it with the lid. Open the lid after 5 minutes.
  13. Take out in a serving bowl, add koftas while serving. Garnish it with chopped dhania patta.
