The ingredients needed to make Khoya peda:
  1. Take 300 grm, khoya
  2. Prepare 1/2 cup, sugar
  3. Prepare 1/2 cup, milk powder
  4. Prepare drops Almond extract, few
Instructions to make Khoya peda:
  1. To make peda, put the Khoya, almond extract and milk powder in a pan, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 7 to 10 minutes, while stirring continuously.
  2. Transfer the mixture into a large plate, cool completely. Then add sugar and mix gently with your hands. The mixture should bind like a dough.
  3. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  4. Then make small balls and roll in sharred coconut.
  5. Serve the Khoya peda or store in a airtight container and refrigerate it till serving.
