  4. Add beaten curd, prepared Onion paste, 1/2 cup water and cook till chicken tenders.
  5. In large pot boil water with oil and salt and add soaked rice, cook till 80 %done. Strain in strainer.
  6. Beat egg with 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp red chilli powder,heat 1 tsp oil and pour beaten egg, cook only one side, do not flip.
  7. Now will arrange layers. First on base put half of rice, sprinkle red colour, chicken gravy, some chopped coriander leaves, mint leaves, again remaining rice.
  8. Put half cooked omelette and stick edges of omelette with flour water.
  9. Cover the lid, and simmer for 10 minutes.
  10. Serve with onion rings and curd.
