  2. Make ready 8-10 tbsp Milk powder

  1. Take milk powder and ghee in a microwave-safe bowl. Mix little water to make a lump-free batter
  2. Consistency of batter shouldn't be very thick or runny.
  3. Put the bowl of mixture in microwave for 1 minute on high.

  5. Keep again for 1 minute.
  6. Open microwave and chk. Repeat the process till you get a lump of roasted khoya.
  7. Once you see it’s roasted and has ghee around it, it’s done.
  8. Now homemade khoya with granulated texture is ready to use in any sweets you want.
  9. Add dry fruits of your choice and use in making Indian sweets at home.
