The ingredients needed to make Khoya Paneer:
  1. Get 250 grams Paneer
  2. Make ready 2 Onions
  3. Get 3 Tomatoes
  4. Get 1 green chilli
  5. Prepare 1 inch ginger
  6. Make ready 2 green cardamom
  7. Prepare 4 cloves
  8. Make ready 7-8 black pepper
  9. Get 1/2 inch cinnamon stick
  10. Prepare 1 bay leaf
  11. Get 100 grams khoya
  12. Take 1 cup milk
  13. Take to taste Salt
  14. Prepare 1 tablespoon ghee
  15. Get 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
  16. Get 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  17. Take 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder
  18. Take 1 teaspoon kitchen king masala
  19. Take 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  20. Prepare 1 tablespoon dry fenugreek leaves
  21. Get 1 teaspoon sugar
  22. Prepare 7-8 cashew nut
  23. Take 1/4 teaspoon garam masla
  24. Take 1/4 teaspoon dry mango powder
Steps to make Khoya Paneer:
  1. Boil 2 cup water in a pan add chopped onions and whole tomatoes. Cover pan and switch off the flame and leave it for two minutes. Blanched onion, ginger and green chilli add in mixer jar and grind it to make a smooth paste.
  2. Peel tomatoes and grind it in mixer and make a paste. Heat one tablespoon ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds and let it splutter.Add bay leaf, cardamom, cloves, black pepper and cinnamon stick and saute.
  3. Add onion paste and saute till ghee release. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and saute. Add tomato paste and salt, kitchen king and garam masala, fenugreek leaves, cashew nuts and saute till ghee release.
  4. Add Khoya solidified milk and saute and add milk. Add paneer cubes and mix well and cover it for two minutes. Add dry mango powder mix well and serve hot.
