  2. Now add rice into boiled milk.
  3. When rice is done properly then beat it properly with beater.
  4. When rice is properly mixed with milk then add sugar and cardamom init. Mix it well and cook it for 10 minutes.
  5. Now add zafran/zafran essence and mix it well.
  6. Now close the flame and add khoya in it. Mix the khoya properly for smooth texture.
  7. Dish out the kheer and garnish with pista.
  8. Now your kheer is ready to serve😊.
