  2. When your khoya is cool down take your khoya in a tray and add flour,baking soda,green cardamom powder, than milk it and add milk after this all process and place it for 20 mins at side.
  3. Then take out dough and make small balls and maximum balls are around 15 or 16. And than you have to deep fry in low flame.
  4. For sugar surup take 2 cup of sugar in sause pan and add water and boil it for 10 mins.
  5. After frying all gulab jamun put all gulab jamun in sugar surup and place it for 40 mins and cover your sause pan and after 40 mins the result came out and believe me it's super yummy do try this please.
