  6. Punch down on a surface and knead once more.
  7. Roll out into a cirle and cut into triangles
  8. Heat your oil. When its hot, put the mandazi one by one, don't crowd them
  9. When they have browned, remove and place in a kitchem town to drain the excess oil.
  10. Let it cool, then serve
