  4. Dry roast the makhana
  5. Add khoya in masala and cook for few minutes
  6. Add roasted makhana in masala and 1 glass water or milk and cook till you get a good aroma and colour
  7. Before you off the add fresh cream and kasoori methi
  8. Garnish it with chopped coriander and serve it hot with naan or roti
