Method: Start by making the syrup. Take sugar and water in a sauce pan and bring it to a boil. A perfect drink for summer to relieve and refresh us from the heat. I just love this milk for the pleasant looking pink color and also for the lovely taste and smell.

Steps to make Rose Milk Shake:
  1. In a bowl, soak sabja seeds in enough water for 25 to 30 minutes. Strain and keep the soaked seeds aside. 1 tsp of sabja seeds give about 2 tbsp of soaked sabja seeds.
  2. Take 2 cups of milk in a bowl and add rose syrup.
  3. Stir well so that the rose syrup dissolves in the milk.
  4. Add sugar only if you want some more sweetness in the rose milk.
  5. Then add rose water. Stir well till the sugar is dissolved.
  6. Lastly, add the soaked sabja seeds.
  7. Stir again and pour the rose milk in glasses. Serve the rose milk garnished with some rose petals. You can also keep the rose milk in fridge and then serve later.
