  1. Measure n weigh all your ingredients.

  5. Make a dough by kneading well till you get a soft fine dough.
  6. Transfer the dough to a floured surface n continue kneading. Once fine, cover it with a clean cloth for 20 mins for it to relax.

  8. Using a cookies cutter, cut all your mandazi n set a side.
  9. Heat your oil to not too hot.
  10. Deep your mandazi one by one as u turn. Keep turning till you attain the right colour which is golden brown. Once brown, remove them n put them in a clean basin, Repeat this till you are done with all your mandazi.
  11. Cool them for few minutes then serve when ready with a cup of hot chocolate.
  12. Enjoy.
