Make ready 1 tea spoon Red Chilli powder
Get 2 tea spoon Turmeric powder
Get 1 tea spoon dhaniya powder / coriander
Get 1/2 tea spoon garam masala powder
Take 1/2 tea spoon jeera powder / cumin powder
Prepare 4 tbsp Water
Make ready as per taste Salt
Get For Besan Kadhi:-
Get 1 Cup Besan / gram flour
Take 2 cup Curd
Prepare 1/4 Tea spoon hing / asafoetida
Get 1/2 tea spoon Methi seeds / fnugreek
Get 2 Dry Red Chilli
Get 6-8 Curry patta / curry leaves
Make ready 1 tea spoon Cumin Seeds
Make ready 1 tea spoon Mustard Seeds
Prepare 3 Cup Water
Prepare as per taste Salt
Make ready For Tadka:-
Get 1 tbsp Ghee
Prepare 4-5 Curry patta / curry leaves
Get 1 tea spoon Cumin and rai Seeds / mustard seds
Get 1 tea spoon Red Chilli Powder
Steps to make Panjabi Pakoda Kadhi:
For Pakoda:- Add all the ingredients for pakora Except oil in a bowl and mix well.
Heat oil in pan.Take a scoop of pakora mix and add to oil.
Cook Pakora till golden brown.
Cool it on tissue paper.
For masala paste:-Take one bowl mix red chilli powder, haldi powder, dhaniya powder, garam masala powder, jeera powder and salt.Now in this masala add water. Mix it well.
For Besan Kadhi:-Take big bowl add besan, curd and water. - Mix it well.
Heat pan add rai, jeera, red chilli, hing, methi, curry patta.
Now add masala paste which we made in pan. Mix it well.fry it.
Now add the Besan,curd mixture to the pan.
Add water, Salt and mix well.Cook till it thickens in consistency. Stir in between.
Now add the Pakoras to the Kadhi and cook for 5 more minutes.
For Tadka:- - Take a pan. Add Ghee, Cumin and rai seeds. Off the flame. - Now add red chilli powder. - Add this mix on the Kadhi.
