  1. Prepare 🌻For marinate:
  2. Take 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into bite size strips
  3. Take 1 egg white
  4. Get 2 Tbsp corn flour / cornstarch
  5. Prepare 4 Tbsp sesame oil / vegetable oil
  6. Make ready 2 Tbsp olive oil / vegetable oil / sunflower oil (for frying)

  10. Get 2 Tbsp soya sauce
  11. Get 1 Tbsp oyster sauce
  12. Get 1 tsp pepper sauce
  13. Prepare 1 Tbsp crushed red chilli flakes / to taste
  14. Make ready 1 tsp garlic, minced
  15. Take 1 tsp ginger minced
  16. Prepare 3 Tbsp vegetable oil
  17. Take 2 capsicum multicolour, cut into slice
  18. Prepare 2 small onions, cut into wedges
  19. Make ready 2 green chilli cut into big pieces
  20. Prepare handful Spring onion chopped
  21. Make ready 4 Tbsp water / as you needed
Steps to make Beef Szechuan:
  1. Toss beef with cornstarch, egg white,crushed white pepper,sesame oil and salt in non-metal bowl. Cover and refrigerate 20 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in wok or large skillet over high heat. Stir fry beef until no longer pink, until cooked well nice and crispy take it out in a plate and set aside. In same wok heat oil and add garlic & ginger sauté for few seconds add beef stir 1 minute and add all gravy ingredients cook 4-5 minutes add 4 tbsp of water cook another 1 minute and serve. Garnish with fresh coriander.
