  18. Make ready 1/2 cup water
  19. Make ready For garnishing
  20. Get as needed Chopped coriander leaves
  21. Make ready as needed Desiccated coconut
  22. Prepare 50 gm paneer
Instructions to make Vegetable Dhokla:
  1. Grease a thali or bowl.keep aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl add Dhokla's batter ingredients except eno salt.Make a smooth paste
  3. Before steaming add eno salt with little water and mix it lightly in one direction.
  4. Pour the batter in greased thali.Steam it for 15 to 20 minutes after checking toothpick.
  5. Let it cool.Take another pan. Heat some oil and add ingredients of seasoning.
  6. When seeds crackle add water, salt, sugar and lemon juice.cook for few minutes and pour it on Dhoka.
  7. Cut into equal sized pieces
  8. If you like,you can put same sized paneer pieces between dhola pieces.
  9. Garnish with chopped coriander and coconut
