Soak beans and wash skin off it,the blend with onions and pepper till smooth,dice pepper and onions and mix inside the blended beans,add salt and seasoning cube to taste,mix with a spatula and put vegetable oil in a pan to heat up and then use spoon to cut and deep fry ur desired size on medium heat till golden brown
