  1. Get 1 cup Sprouts of moong
  2. Take 1 cup Sprouts of matki
  3. Make ready 1/2 cup kurmura
  4. Get 1 chopped medium size onion
  5. Take 5-6 Green chillies
  6. Prepare 1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves
  7. Prepare 1/2 cup Namkeen mixture
  8. Prepare 1/4 cup Salted Roasted peanuts
  9. Take 1 lemon juice
  10. Make ready to taste Salt
  11. Prepare 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  12. Prepare 1 tsp Oil
Steps to make Puneri Bhel:
  1. Boil both the sprouts with turmeric and salt.
  2. Remove water and keep aside to cool the boiled sprouts.
  3. Take oil in a pan and add chopped green chillies. Add salt and stir fry them on high flame. Once slightly roasted grind them to a fine paste to make a thecha(chutney) of it.
  4. Now take a deep vessel add all the ingredients, add the green chillies thecha according to taste.
  5. Mix well add the namkeen and prepare the puneri bhel.
