  13. Prepare 4 Cloves
  14. Make ready 7 nos black pepper corn
  15. Get to taste salt
  16. Take 3 tablespoons cooking oil
  17. Make ready 1 tablespoon fresh chopped coriander leaves
Instructions to make Curry Gosh/curry Mutton:
  1. Boiled mutton with salt, onion, ginger and garlic paste on 5 6 whistle.
  2. Khas khas, cashew, peanuts, gram dal, sesame seeds, kashmiri Mirch, cloves, black pepper Grind these into fine powder and you can store it for month in refrigerator.
  3. Heat oil in wok and crackle curry leaves and bay leaves.
  4. Add grinded powder say about a big bowl and saute for 4-5mins till you get aroma. - Add 1 glass coconut milk in that and add boiled meat and the boiled mutton stock also. let it cook for about 20 mins.
  5. Add the tamarind pulp in between taste according let it boil fr some more 10 mins.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves and Serve with naan or roti.
  7. Suggestion:- Add water according to the gravy you want but remember it should not be very thin gravy
