  2. Heat oil temper whole cumin,bay leaf and red chilli
  3. Now pour the marinated mutton and saute
  4. Cover it and keep in low heat
  5. Stir occasionally to avoid sticking to the pan
  6. As the masalas start releasing oil pour some hot water mix and cover for another 20 mnts or till it gets soft
  7. Finally add sugar and ghee
  8. Serve it with plain rice or roti
