Instructions to make Andra Mutton Fry:
    1. Wash mutton thoroughly in running water pressure cook this with pinch of turmeric and salt for 3 whistles. Keep this aside. - - 2. Heat oil in pan add chopped onion. Once onion turns to glass stage add curry leaves and ginger garlic paste. Saute until raw smell goes off. - - 3. Now add sliced green chilli and saute a bit.
    1. Add chopped tomatoes and saute till it mushy and soft. - - 5. Now add turmeric, chilli powder, coriander powder and pepper powder. Saute until masala came out from the edges. Add salt. - - 6. Drain mutton and add to the masala and mix it. Now add mutton water little by little and cook until all the water evaporates.
    1. Now add garam masala and cook for 3 minutes in low flame. Adjust salt and garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot. #mycookbook
