  1. Take 1 small Cabbage shredded
  2. Get 3 medium Carrots shredded

  7. Prepare 1 tbsp Oil for frying

Spring rolls are a favorite in many Vietnamese, Thai, and Chinese restaurants. Roll your samosa in a cone shape, fill in the filling, and then fold each side down, with flour paste. My spring roll recipe is more 'chinese' oriented than anything else, so I don't use any 'curry' What we want when cooking spring roll mixture, is to get the filling as dry and moisture-free as possible.
