  1. Get 1/2 kg beef mince
  2. Make ready 2 chopped onions

  6. Get 1 inch cinnamon
  7. Make ready 5 cloves
  8. Prepare 7-8 black pepper

  12. Prepare 2 tbsp ginger chopped
  13. Get 2 tbsp garlic chopped
  14. Get 1/4 th cup oil
  15. Get 5 tbsp youghurt
Steps to make Whole Spice Mince:
  1. Take oil add whole spices and dry red chillies and soute it for 2mins, then add onion, garlic, chopped ginger and bonify it for 3-4 mins.
  2. Now add crushed red chilli, Turmeric and roasted corriender along with mince and beaten youghurt and Bonify it on Medium heat for 2 min. Then put it on very slow heat for 10-15 min. No water needed.
  3. After 15min turn off the flame, serve it with Julian Ginger.
